Can Indie Games match AAA Standards? – See for yourself in New Trailer for Gear Up

Uppsala, Sweden, July 23, 2014 – Independent developer Doctor Entertainment releases a new trailer and beta version of “Gear Up” for PC, Mac and Linux on Steam Early Access.

Build your ultimate vehicle of war and feel the adrenaline as you bring it to battle in online arcade action! Now, will you go for the rumbling caterpillar tracks or the crawling spider legs? See the New trailer:

“While many players say they like the customization and arcade action, what we really have enjoyed seeing so far are players experimenting with crazy designs, laughing as they beat their friends with some freakish-looking abomination of a vehicle”.
–       Jesper Rudberg, Doctor Entertainment

Become Master of vehicle customization as you adapt your tank to shifting enemies and conquer varied online arenas! Gear Up is a multiplayer game about building customized tanks and battling online opponents in deathmatch, team deathmatch and conquest. Available on Steam Early Access with full release planned for late 2014.

“It’s great to see more indie studios capable of delivering AAA-level standard and we have worked hard to make Gear Up a different kind of indie game. It’s all physics-driven multiplayer and runs fully on our own in-house engine, Traktor”.
–       Anders Pistol, Doctor Entertainment

At Doctor Entertainment, we are a small indie team of five who love customization… a lot.  The studio was founded in 2009 by two senior game developers with experience from several multimillion selling AAA-games. All our games are created with “Traktor”, our in-house technology for rendering, physics, level-editing, scripting, pipeline, animation, AI, etc. The studio previously released Puzzle Dimension in 2010/2011.
