Montreal, (QC) Canada - Announcing realtech VR , the developer ofFreeesh , has launched a new product for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. Freeesh is a new game app which charges players with the mission to feed and protect a small nucleus. The environment is fraught with dangers from larger molecules and red molecules that would eat the nucleus. Gameplay is fun and engrossing with a chilling soundtrack, reminiscent of and inspired by the Flow arcade game.
The newly launched Freeesh game app keeps players busy. They must maintain a vigilant eye on the action as there are molecules constantly moving around the screen. The object is to grab the small ones to feed the nucleus they're issued, while avoiding the dangerous ones.
As simple as the gameplay sounds, it becomes increasingly more difficult with each level of advancement. Molecules move faster and their numbers increase. It can certainly keep a player on his or her toes. While the game is engrossing enough on its own, the Realtech developers have included an original, chilling soundtrack that sets the mood perfectly for time spent in a harrowingly dangerous environment. Freeesh allows users to compete globally by way of a leaderboard and achievements.
These are some of the features offered in Freeesh:
* User friendly, intuitive interface
* Accelerometer or Digital Pad control (with iPhone 4 gyroscope support)
* 60 fps gameplay on iPhone 3GS and more
* 3 free levels on a total of 12 levels with increasing challenges (unlockable thru In App Purchase)
* Game Center support with Leaderboard and Achievement
* Personal best times for each levels
* Original chilling soundtrack by Alexel
Although Freeesh is modernly fun and exciting, it has the feel of an original arcade game. Currently an Apple "New & Noteworthy" selection.
"The app was inspired by Flow," said Stephane Denis, CEO of Realtech VR. Flow dealt with aquatic organisms traveling through a biosphere, consuming other organisms. Denis explained further, "We thought the game was so much fun that we tried to emulate it, to maintain the original feel while developing a modern platform and up to date features. We think this gives our users the best of both worlds."
Device Requirements:
* 3G iPhone and iPod touch, iPad
* Requires iOS 4.0 or later
* 8 MB
Pricing and Availability:
Freeesh 1.0 is free of charge with full version available for only $0.99 (USD) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store and the Palm App Store in the Games category.
