Okay, this is ... unusual. Since my PC is pretty lousy atm there have been games I haven't been able to review because I just couldn't get them to run decently (or at all). There have been one or two games that I haven't reviewed out of (possibly misguided?) kindness to the dev in question - in some cases I've just given them feedback directly and explained that the game is not yet good enough or complete enough to be considered review-worthy (or release-worthy!). On some occasions I've simply had too many games come through and completely run out of time.
However, The War of the Human Tanks is a weird beast. It seems from the little I've managed to play of it that there should in fact be a decent strategy game in there - but there seem to be non-skippable cut scenes that take absolutely forever to get through and frankly aren't very entertaining, and I just don't have the patience to click through them. (It also feels that, potentially, beneath it all, there may be an interesting story in there too, though perhaps one that hasn't translated into English quite as well as it could have?)
I'll keep it on a back-burner and try to revisit it later and do a review, but... just out of interest... have any of our readers played this game? If so, what did you make of it?
