Midgarth Games Starts Kickstarter Project For "battlegridz"

Morrisville, VT -- Mar 10, 2014 / ( -- Midgarth Games, a small Vermont company, officially launched a Kickstarter Campaign yesterday to fund a new type of gaming grid for the tabletop role-playing game market, and to dramatically expand its operation.

Midgarth Games was formed in February of 2012, and has already sold hundreds of their unique products.  Company owner and sole proprietor, Joe Collier, an avid gamer and entrepreneur, designs and manufactures "Battlegridz" components for this growing niche market.

The Kickstarter project, which will conclude on April 17, 2014, will greatly increase Midgarth Games' volume and distribution capabilities, and will allow Mr. Collier greater design capacity:  "I have been creating new products to add to the Battlegridz line since I formed the company, and am now in the final stages of development of radically new accessories that will, I believe, revolutionize the gaming experience."

Collier (age 27), is optimistic that the project will meet it's fund raising goal, as it has raised almost 7% of its $10,000 goal in the first day. When asked what he plans to do with the funds, Joe was very clear that it is all to be allocated to the production of double-sided, laminated Battlegridz and accessories to be offered in four standard designs, and several sizes.
