Indianapolis, Indiana - Malingo Studios today is proud to announce the release and immediate availability of Wizard Heroes for iPhone and iPad, a free game that allows players to level up and fight as a custom wizard hero. Players can choose to be one of five unique wizard classes, each with distinct combat abilities: The apprentice, wandering wizard, fire sorceress, necromancer, and illusionist. A hero's combat statistics can be customized with attribute points that are awarded at each level.
Solo gameplay can be achieved by performing instantaneous quests. These quests unveil a storyline about an evil villain threatening the Earth. Three boss fights are mixed in with the instant quests and offer increased rewards.
The foundation of Wizard Heroes is its combat system. As players level up, they can learn a variety of spells which have different effects on the combatants. Utilizing Game Center, Wizard Heroes lets users request duels with friends, nearby opponents, or a random person. Players may also purchase three types of combat items using the in-game currency or in-app purchase.
Malingo Studios has a number of updates planned, including the ability to play as a boss, and co-operative boss fights.
