Shanghai, China - Toivon's MMORPG game: Kingdom of Pirates as of today, has just successfully finished two events. With the first event, "Happy Weekend Activities" that was well-received by its' players. Between having resource production doubled, spending less gold at the "Magic Circle", being able to receive extra rum and getting gifts for using up rubies. Many players really enjoyed themselves and took advantage of the opportunity.
The second event, "Reward for Changing Username" in which the name says it all and being awarded 200 rubies for just changing your username... That be a b-arrrr-gain! Although a very simple event, it was also very successful having many users change their name in such a short amount of time.
Although the events have finished, players can now look forward to the new update - Version 1.5 which will be released today and consists of 6 parts. First, the storyline has been extended, meaning that there will be a lot more things to do. Secondly, there are 2 new characters that can join your crew (Charles and Lina). Thirdly, the equipment forging cap has been raised to Rank 9. Fourthly, infamy/player/equipment level caps have all been raised to level 70. Second last, there is a new insurance feature in which after purchasing it, the player will not lose all of their ocean tears when a failed "Specialty Upgrade" happens to occur. Last of all, the previous versions' hidden levels had a bit of a problem, in which players weren't able to skip the battle videos or attack consecutively, this inconvenience is now fixed.
