Indie iOS Game Review - DudeMan MotorX by Waves & Blaze Apps

This is one of the games in which you try to keep a motorbike stable over ramps in a 2-d side-scrolling map, whilst going as fast as you can. This game does so in a blurry neon over darkness style.

The first thing you think when you start up the menu is a felling you have forgotten your glasses, or you need some. The main menu is an incredibly blurry neon font, and is unpleasant to read.

I lack experience with this type of bmx game, so I consulted two people who play these games for enjoyment. Here are their opinions:

"it's not bad for what it is. I've seen better of this kind of game, but I'd play more of this"

"it isn't as good as the others I played, but the neon is cool"

So it seems that the game itself is not exemplary, however the effect of the dark background and neon sprites & particles works fairly well.

All in all the game is fairly simple, the menu is hard to read but the game is alright, and it'll kill half an hour.
