Gelateria HD on iPad serves up scoops of fun for preschool kids

Posted by Dave Seaman on Friday, 14 October 2011

Singapore - Independent developer Afzainizam Zahari today is pleased to introduce Gelateria HD 1.0, his new kid-safe toy app for Apple's iPad device. Gelateria HD lets young children immerse themselves in the world of sweets and ice cream while learning how to manage their own ice cream shop without the stress of time constraints.

* Set the table with the correct glassware, cups or cones for customers
* Swipe your finger down the ice cream container to scoop some ice cream and place it in the cups
* Tap and drag the correct toppings, syrups and other sweet stuffs and then place them on the ice cream
* Serve to your customers and be rewarded with gold coins

Made by an uncle for his little niece, Gelateria HD is a wonderful learning toy app for preschool kids. There are no penalties for mistakes. Children will learn by recognizing the items required to accomplish certain tasks and then be rewarded for it afterwards. There are no time constraints so young children will be able to learn and play at their own pace and ability.

Parents are encouraged to play this game together with their child and guide their imagination as they draw themselves into the world of Gelateria. This is a kid-safe app. Parents need not worry about in-app purchase and there are no advertising within this app.

Device Requirements:
* Compatible with iPad
* Requires iOS 3.2 or later
* 16.2 MB

Pricing and Availability:
Gelateria HD 1.0 is $1.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Games category.

Headquartered in Singapore, independent developer Afzainizam Zahari has been making games since 2002, focusing on developing Flash games for mobile devices.
