Shooter RD 007 review (iOS)

Shooter RD 007 by Akhileshwar Mishra

This game takes place underwater, you play a submarine shooting cures at radioactive fish. It's a fixed position base defense type game with side scrolling enemies and a rotating-fixed-point-mounted turret.

The graphics, whilst quite nice looking, do create issues: primarily that I had great trouble telling which fish gave me points and which didn't.

As far as gameplay goes, the controls are a little clunky at first, but you get used to them. This is balanced out by the low firing speed of the gun. If I were to request anything for this game, it would be a power bar at the top of the screen and the ability to shoot fast and use that up.

The music is alright, made up of fairly simple loops. Unfortunately the in game and title screen music do not match, and in my opinion do not fit well with the game, of course that's just me.

This game has potential, but as of right now it isn't a game I would buy.

Graphics: 30%
Sound: 35%
Control: 50%
Longevity: 25%
Fun: 35%
